Looking for first class, caring dog boarding?  You found it!  Dog Years Training and Boarding Center is different than most dog boarding kennels, and is conveniently located less than a mile off I-26, at Exit 129.  For those in Columbia, Lexington, and Orangeburg, SC, we are right down the road.  We are proud to have boarding clients drive several hours to have us care for their cherished dogs. 

We offer boarding in our small kennel which is located on our FULLY FENCED property.  All dogs receive daily individual attention.  The kennel is equipped with indoor/outdoor runs, Kuranda dog beds, and TWO fenced exercise yards.  Your dog can have supervised outdoor exercise in the yard.  You can rest assured that your dog will be comfortable and happy in our climate controlled kennel, and have 24 hour access to their own outdoor run.

Purina Pro Plan is provided, and is the same premium food which we feed our own dogs. If your dog has a special dietary need, please bring that food with you and we will be happy to feed that diet to your dog.

Any medications your dog needs will be administered as prescribed, additional charges apply.

Want your dog bathed before she goes home? No Problem! Just request a bath at the time you drop off your dog (additional charges apply).

Proof of vaccinations for the following are required at the time of drop off:

Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella.  Also, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2017: All dogs must be vaccinated against Canine Influenza, H2N3 strain.

Reservations are required for boarding, and deposits are required for holidays and high volume periods.  Deposits are non-refundable, UNLESS Dog Years finds it necessary to cancel for any reason. 

​Hours for pick up and drop off are:

M-F: 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: CLOSED

Sunday: 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
